Abstract: Education and socialization are fundamental processes that shape human personality, behavior, and societal continuity. While education is a structured and intentional process of imparting knowledge, skills, values, and attitudes, socialization is a lifelong process through which individuals internalize cultural norms and societal expectations. This paper explores the conceptual relationship between education and socialization, highlighting their interdependence and mutual reinforcement. It examines the agencies of socialization, the role of educational institutions in shaping social behavior, and theoretical perspectives explaining their interaction. The study also discusses contemporary challenges such as inequality, globalization, and digital transformation affecting socialization through education. The paper concludes that effective education must integrate cognitive, social, and moral dimensions to ensure holistic development and social harmony.
