Abstract: Women empowerment is a multifaceted phenomenon encompassing social, economic, political, and psychological dimensions. Despite significant advancements in gender equality, entrenched stereotypes and societal norms continue to constrain women’s full potential. Community support, as a mechanism of collective influence, has emerged as a critical factor in enabling women to challenge traditional roles, access resources, and assert autonomy in various spheres of life. This research article explores the interplay between community support and women empowerment, emphasizing the ways in which communal networks, social capital, and collective initiatives can dismantle stereotypes, foster resilience, and promote agency.
